Project Summary
LibreSpot is a free macOS application that automatically detects and mutes Spotify audio (and video) ads for users of the free-tier service (not Premium) and has the following features:
- Choose from two ad scanning frequencies to mute ads
- Choose to automatically quit Spotify on exit
- Works in Dark mode
- macOS Catalina, Big Sur, and Monterey-friendly
- A fully signed and notarized native application
- Free as in air pollution!

NOTE: The code bases of the Intel and Apple Silicon versions of this program are the same, so the functionality between them is identical, however, you should use the Apple Silicon version if you have an M1 or M2-based Mac.
